Our Approach

Organisation

We have a huge focus on structure that enables
phenomenal CGI render and animation
outcomes for our clients.

Every client has a dedicated Producer, who is your
project navigator and day-to-day contact with the
agency. Your Producer, along with CGI Artists and
ensure your requirements are understood and
translated.

Collaboration

We need to know what style you seek for your
property project: maybe it’s luxurious, or targeted
at a younger, hipper demographic. Your
preferences and requirements are fused into a
unique written production brief that paves the
way forward for our world-class CGI outcomes. The
production brief includes timeline delivery and
serves as our roadmap. It will be signed off by you
before we commence on the tools.

Preparation

Based on the production brief, our production
team will gather the necessary file formats from
you or the architect. We draw up a schedule for
both the internal and external of the building,
as well as the appliance schedule.

This is to ensure the most photorealistic and
accurate representation of your project is achieved,
and your customers have complete confidence in
your product.

Pre-Production

After importing the 3D architectural model into
our systems, we establish multiple cameras inside
the 3D environment. We then create a selection of
black-and-white, early rendered angles that
meet the agreed production brief.

Once angles are approved, our in-house
photography team shoot high-resolution view
photos to be used as backplates for both
external and internal CGIs.

We will also provide a furniture and colour scheme
styling selection that our CGI Artists utilise as part
of the production process. For animation, we
create a storyboard and camera flow plan to
ensure all key aspects of the project are
showcased.

Production

Following agreement on camera angles, time of
day, interior/exterior styling and use of people in
the renders/animation, we then execute the 3D
scenes in full HD resolution to render.

Once the render is complete, you review and
provide feedback accordingly until final renders
are approved for post-production.

All renders can be provided in both digital and
large format as required for the advertising
medium.

Post-Production

This is the realisation of the final render output.
This includes the application of colour grading
and enhanced lighting to the final approved
output.

Timing

The render process from start to finish traditionally
take 3-4 days for a still CGI render and 2-4 weeks
for a 3D fly-through animation.

Equipment

Heard Agency boasts the expertise of professional in-house
Videographers and Producers, who are among the best in
their field. This team has global experience and uses the
latest equipment to deliver exceptional video outcomes.

Heard Agency is also an accredited Matterport
360-degree video partner,
which includes all 360-degree camera
equipment contained in-house for cost-effective and
responsive project execution.
